Pet parents emphasize the warm greeting and personal care provided by manager Marie and her team in the 16th arrondissement. Staff members readily share helpful advice on coat maintenance and listen attentively to owners, despite an isolated review noting an uneven experience with a newer grooming assistant.
Numerous regular clients commend immaculate scissor cuts that enhance the natural coats of poodles, Pomeranians, or maltipoos. Nonetheless, two reviews express disappointment over trims cut shorter than requested or uneven finishes, underlining the necessity of explicit styling instructions before grooming begins.
The Rue d'Auteuil salon is praised for its sound handling of distinct breed coat types, from small dachshunds to large dogs such as Akita Inus. Animals are cared for with gentle restraint, leaving thoroughly clean and brushed without experiencing undue stress throughout grooming and dematting sessions.
