Recent reviews raise serious concerns regarding the stress experienced by pets during grooming. Several owners of cats and anxious dogs recount that their companions returned home visibly terrified, panicked, or agitated after their appointments. Clients repeatedly emphasize the necessity for greater patience and gentle handling.
Customer service at the 7th arrondissement salon has drawn substantial criticism in recent months. Despite isolated praise for helpful advice, multiple reviewers point to an indifferent attitude, visible irritation when handling anxious animals, and abrupt communication. This lack of responsiveness undermines owner confidence.
Yes, the facility accepts cats for detangling and bathing services, although recent customer reviews advise caution.
