While many families warmly praise Dr. Chiara and Dr. Monica for long-term dedication, several reviewers criticize rushed attitudes, impatience, or perceived lack of warmth during visits.
While several pet parents appreciate the compassionate accompaniment offered to elderly or terminally ill companions, significant concerns arise regarding difficult blood sampling. A few reviews report high stress and heavy sedative recommendations for docile animals struggling with prolonged handling.
