pawenn summary of 14 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Veterinarians receive substantial praise for clinical competence, ethics, and thoughtful diagnostic advice in severe illnesses. Nevertheless, multiple reviewers report dismissive attitudes and unhelpful communication from administrative or reception staff during in-person visits and calls.
While some pet owners were promptly assisted without prior appointments, multiple reviews express severe frustration over rejected emergencies on evenings and Sundays. Users report that stated around-the-clock emergency care does not always align with actual door access during off-hours.
Pet owners recount successful recoveries from pancreatitis and ingested foreign objects, valuing targeted medical therapies. On the other hand, isolated complaints point out concerns regarding diagnostic accuracy for non-traditional domestic species such as pet birds.
Reviews indicate that despite posted emergency hours, intake for evening or Sunday emergencies is not consistently guaranteed.
Yes, during daytime hours urgent walk-ins have been accepted, though calling ahead is recommended.
The clinic is located on Vico Forino in historic Naples, near Via Foria and Piazza Cavour.
