pawenn summary of 7 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Feedback concerning the veterinary staff is divided across recent owner reviews. Many visitors warmly praise Dr. Camilla and her colleagues for helpfulness, kindness, and detailed routine care, while a couple of critical reviews report rushed physical examinations and a regrettable lack of clinical empathy.
Clinical outcomes from diagnostics and treatment generate mixed evaluations among pet parents. Alongside smoothly performed feline spays and effective management of respiratory inflammations, one review recounts a severe delayed tumor diagnosis that had been mistakenly treated as simple intestinal distress.
Attitudes toward animal well-being present both commendable strengths and noticeable shortcomings. Clients value the clinic compassion in sheltering and sterilizing traumatized stray cats, yet a critical review reports harsh yelling and rough handling directed at a frightened dog during an ultrasound session.
Several reviewers describe honest, reasonable, and transparent costs compared to other veterinary clinics across the city.
Clients praise the clinic sensitivity, which permanently houses two adopted cats and supports care for traumatized rescues.
One review disputed an initial inaccurate diagnosis in a dog and complained of impatient handling during an ultrasound.
