pawenn summary of 46 Google reviews from April – October 2026
The vast majority of reviews describe a warm welcome, attentive vets and a friendly reception. Many clients have brought their cats and dogs here for years, some for more than twenty. A few very negative reviews instead find the team cold and unempathetic.
Many owners are satisfied with accurate diagnoses and care that helped, including in emergencies. A few disappointed clients, however, mention failed blood draws or a pet that was no better despite a high bill. These critical reviews are a minority but very specific.
Clients stress how gently the vets handle animals, even stressed or elderly ones. Owners of cats and dogs, but also rabbits, say they feel reassured. Several say their dog is eager to go into the clinic every time they walk past, a sign of trust in the staff.
Several reviews describe emergency care, including at night, and one says it is open 24/7; confirm with the clinic.
This is the main complaint: several clients find consultations and tests expensive, even though many consider the team competent.
Yes, reviews mention care for rabbits, including a first check-up with vaccination without stress.
