pawenn summary of 6 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Satisfied clients praise the customer service and describe the groomers as dedicated and friendly with pets. However, a negative review noted that a solo worker appeared to be managing multiple dogs simultaneously, causing concern over individualized attention.
Pet parents who leave five-star ratings state that their dogs look fantastic and celebrate the quality of baths and trimming. Conversely, a dissatisfied client felt their dog was left largely unchanged following an appointment despite paying the full grooming fee.
Returning pet owners report that staff do a lovely job caring for their canine companions during grooming visits. On the other hand, one reviewer expressed concern about an overcrowded work setup where several dogs were handled in the grooming area at the same time.
Opinions are divided; while some owners find rates acceptable, multiple critical reviews note fees around seventy dollars felt expensive.
Most clients express strong satisfaction with final coat appearance, though one reviewer reported an incomplete bath and trim.
Several clients highlight helpful and friendly service, with repeat patrons recommending the salon to fellow dog owners.
