pawenn summary of 16 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Owners frequently praise how calm and content their dogs remain during visits. Multiple clients note that anxious or matted pups were quickly put at ease and showed no signs of stress upon pickup. A single reviewer felt the groomer lacked patience with a restless senior dog, but most patrons emphasize compassionate treatment.
Many customers rave about how wonderful their pets look and smell, mentioning soft white coats, neat breed styling, and smooth finishes. In contrast, two dissatisfied clients reported uneven haircuts, citing patchy facial trimming, remaining belly hair, or an unfinished groom on a difficult pet.
Clients regularly appreciate the efficient turnaround times, noting that standard appointments take around ninety minutes with text notifications when pets are ready. Conversely, a couple of reviews mention appointment miscommunications or feeling that a cut was rushed without adequate attention to detail.
Clients report transparent rates around sixty to seventy dollars with no unexpected fees, though upcharges can apply for difficult cases.
Reviewers note that the groomer sends convenient text alerts as soon as dogs are ready for collection.
Clients share that the groomer works gently with anxious and first-time dogs, helping them become comfortable with the grooming routine.
