pawenn summary of 9 Google reviews from October 2025 – October 2026
Several cat owners report gentle handling that helps skittish long-haired breeds relax during plush trims and baths. In sharp contrast, multiple severe complaints from eight months ago recount an animal being dropped and escaping through a window, prompting sharp warnings about safety oversight.
Clients seeking breed styling praise staff member John for patiently explaining haircut options and checking results before checkout. However, critical reviews describe unhelpful attitudes and denied responsibility following past pet handling incidents at the facility.
Satisfied owners praise clean teddy bear cuts and neat lion trims on Persian cats, noting soft fur and tidy nail clips. On the other hand, a critical review described an uneven trim, emphasizing the importance of confirming grooming expectations beforehand.
Yes, clients frequently mention plush cuts, teddy bear styles, and lion trims specifically tailored for Persian and long-haired breeds.
Past reviewers suggest confirming secure handling procedures and window containment before leaving cats for grooming or boarding.
