Pet owners appreciate the facility layout, especially the dedicated self-serve wash area featuring private bathing rooms for reactive dogs. Reviewers mention that washing stations come fully stocked with shampoo, towels, and blow dryers. While one client found the new shop space smaller, most highlight a clean retail environment.
Many customers speak highly of the shop team and owner for their knowledgeable advice regarding pet nutrition, allergy solutions, and specialty diets. Reviewers note patient guidance during retail visits. In contrast, one customer reported an unfriendly interaction and felt staff handling fell short during a grooming drop-off.
