pawenn summary of 9 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Customer reviews reflect divided perspectives on styling and grooming quality. Longtime clients praise soft fur, pleasant scent, and well-executed breed trims on Cocker Spaniels and Shih Tzus. However, critical reviews note uneven haircuts, missed patches of hair, and inconsistent nail trimming.
Pet owners consistently note that their dogs enjoy visiting the salon, with many dogs visibly excited when arriving for appointments. While one reviewer mentioned their dog was refused service due to temperament issues, most clients emphasize that pets are treated with patience and affection.
Feedback regarding the salon owner and grooming team is mixed. Many longtime customers describe the owner as warm, professional, and attentive over years of service. Conversely, dissatisfied clients describe unaccommodating customer service and refusal to groom nervous or difficult pets.
The salon offers full grooming services including bath, brush-out, haircut styling, and nail clipping for all dog breeds and sizes.
Yes, client reviews and salon information note that appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone.
Reviewers generally find prices competitive and budget-friendly, though one customer reported a discrepancy between the phone quote and the final charge.
