Multiple clients describe pleasant customer service and helpful staff when checking in. Conversely, critical reviews report that the salon appeared understaffed, with groomers failing to supervise pets safely or follow owner instructions.

In contrast, negative reviews describe severe styling issues, including unexpected full shave-downs without owner permission. Disgruntled clients also reported post-grooming skin irritation and ear infections requiring veterinary visits.
