pawenn summary of 12 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Pet owners widely praise the spacious backyard featuring an outdoor pond, stage for live music, and relaxing lounge area where dogs can socialise while owners unwind. Reviewers appreciate the double-door security system for safety. While one client found the self-wash area poorly maintained during their visit, most visitors consider the combined cafe and salon environment an enjoyable and unique setting.
Most reviewers commend the team for their courtesy, warm greetings, and skilled grooming work with both large and small breeds. However, customer experiences vary: one reviewer noted unattended self-wash facilities with dirty tubs, another reported a long wait with incomplete nail trimming, and some observed staff disagreements. While many praise individual groomers, overall service attentiveness can fluctuate.
Clients note that their dogs thoroughly enjoy the open space to run and play in the fenced yard. Reviewers highlight gentle handling by stylists during bath and nail appointments, with pets returning home clean and happy. Visitors advise remaining mindful of interactions with other patrons' dogs in the shared off-leash areas, but describe an overall welcoming atmosphere for canine guests.
