pawenn summary of 29 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Pet owners frequently commend Dr. Ghobrial and the clinical assistants for dependable medical care, compassionate attention, and responsiveness during routine visits and urgent health concerns. While most clients report reassuring and capable doctor interactions, a few reviewers mention occasional bedside friction and brief consultations.
Reviewers highlight gentle, considerate care for dogs and cats during routine wellness examinations, vaccinations, and minor medical treatments. Pet parents appreciate that staff help animals feel secure in the examination room, though isolated feedback noted discomfort while managing anxious pets during ear treatments.
Client feedback regarding clinic pricing is sharply divided. Some pet parents describe routine visit fees as reasonable and fair for Queens. Conversely, other reviewers express shock over steep diagnostic quotes, unexpected charges for routine ear cleaning procedures, and high estimates for sedated feline examinations.
While owners typically join routine exams, some reviewers report being asked to wait in the lobby during certain feline evaluations or sedation procedures.
The hospital accepts emergency cases, but clients note that incoming urgent treatments can occasionally push back scheduled appointment times.
Several clients advise following up directly by phone if an emailed prescription request is not fulfilled within the promised timeframe.
