While some clients view the hotel as a quiet and well-equipped sanctuary, several reviews from summer 2026 express grave security concerns. Cat owners reported an incident where an anxious cat managed to escape through an unsecured skylight window on the upper floor.
Many keepers report that their cats return home calm, well-nourished, and relaxed after weekend and holiday stays. Conversely, the distressing escape of a resident feline that required lengthy overnight searches raised serious questions about feline security protocols.
Some owners speak highly of caregiver Magda, appreciating her attentive nature, dietary adherence, and regular photo updates. In contrast, the owners of the escaped cat felt that the management lacked sufficient empathy and urgency during the stressful search effort.
