pawenn summary of 12 Google reviews from October 2024 – October 2026
Many pet parents are delighted with dramatic coat restorations, noting that scruffy rescues and family pets leave looking clean and neat. However, several dissatisfied clients report uneven trimming and haircuts that were cut far shorter than requested, including shaved heads and over-clipped double coats.
Reviewers frequently praise groomers like Ali and the parlour team for their polite, patient, and knowledgeable attitude towards both dogs and their owners. Clients highlight how accommodating the staff are with walk-in requests and diverse breeds, welcoming large dogs alongside smaller companions.
Most visitors find the salon fees reasonable and proportionate for full washing and grooming appointments. On the other hand, one client objected to paying a ninety-six dollar full groom rate after their young puppy received only a partial hygiene trim, feeling the fee was disproportionate.
Yes, clients confirm that the salon accepts all breeds, including larger working dogs such as American Bullies and Russian Terriers.
Yes, reviewers note that morning walk-in visits can sometimes be accommodated without an appointment depending on staff availability.
Yes, clients frequently bring reference images, though experiences vary on how closely the finished trim matches the photo.
Most pet owners describe the rates as fair, though some caution that partial or puppy trims can incur full service rates.
