pawenn summary of 8 Google reviews from October 2025 – October 2026
Groomer Pedro receives strong commendations from longtime clients for his patience, attentiveness, and flexible scheduling. Satisfied reviewers describe him as a caring professional who works well with rescued pets. However, critical feedback highlights severe service dissatisfaction from other clients, including an unreported injury and claims of unprofessional communication.
Styling quality receives largely positive feedback, with pet owners noting clean, fresh, and adorable haircuts for terriers, cavapoos, and mixes. Clients appreciate cute finishing touches like bandanas. In contrast, one reviewer reported that their pet contracted mange following an appointment, representing a notable divergence from typically favorable grooming outcomes.
Pet handling shows starkly divided client experiences. Several dog owners praise Pedro for gaining the trust of previously abused rescue dogs and handling energetic pets with gentle patience. Conversely, one reviewer reported that their dog suffered a swollen, injured eye during a session, criticizing the salon for failing to notify them of an in-salon accident.
Client reviews consistently identify Pedro as the primary groomer handling baths, haircut styling, and pet pampering.
Reviewers report that Pedro demonstrates patience and gentle handling, successfully gaining the trust of nervous rescue pets.
Yes, patrons note that the salon works flexibly with customer schedules to fit in grooming appointments.
