Pet Store Milano Portello

Shoppers appreciate the store's relocated premises inside the Portello retail complex, occupying the larger former Zara space. Visitors describe an organized, bright, and well-stocked pet market with a broad selection of kibble, wet food varieties, and daily accessories for household pets.

Regular shoppers highlight attractive pricing and recurring promotional discounts on dog and cat food, often found cheaper than at competing retailers. Ongoing promotions across dry kibble and canned diets allow pet parents to stock up on quality pet supplies at appealing price points.

Feedback concerning floor staff is mixed: while several shoppers rate the service as helpful and efficient, one customer reported rude and uninformed assistance when inquiring about grooming brushes for dogs. Experience with sales advice appears to depend on the individual employee on duty.
