Pet Supermarket

Customers consistently appreciate the tidy aisles, strong selection of pet food options, and the convenient do-it-yourself dog washing stations. Many pet parents note the store is clean and welcoming for shopping with their pets. One reviewer reported an issue with feeder insects in the terrarium section, but most shoppers praise the overall cleanliness and neighborhood setup.

Several shoppers praise individual team members for answering questions about cat food, flea preventatives, and puppy products with genuine enthusiasm. Conversely, two dissatisfied reviewers described inattentive cashiers, lack of greeting upon arrival, and rigid handling of pricing discrepancies at checkout. As a result, customer service ratings remain somewhat divided.

Shoppers enjoy visiting with their dogs and praise features such as the self-service dog wash and adoption events hosted in the store. However, one client expressed strong concern over the health condition and housing of an adopted rescue cat, while another noted deceased feeder bugs. Overall, pet owners appreciate the store's dog-friendly setup while noting room for habitat care.
