Petco

Many regular shoppers praise the store staff for polite greetings, helpful directions down aisles, and convenient carry-out assistance. However, numerous negative reviews cite indifferent customer service, unstaffed registers, and disputes regarding customer interactions.

Reviewers appreciate the store's convenient neighborhood location, clean front areas, and reliable availability of pet foods. Conversely, several patrons note recurring inventory shortages of specific wet cat food brands, lack of public restrooms, and boxes cluttering walkways.

Customers frequently report extended wait times at checkout registers due to absent cashiers or single-lane staffing during peak hours. Furthermore, pet parents express frustration with last-minute, same-day appointment cancellations by the grooming salon.
