PetSmart Veterinary Services - San Diego (Sports Arena)

Pet owners express deep appreciation for Dr Benedek and her team, praising their dedication, warmth, and unhurried consultation style. Clients note that clinicians provide multiple treatment options without pressurising families into costly procedures. While one reviewer reported a frustrating encounter regarding queue management, the overwhelming consensus highlights an accommodating veterinary staff.

Reviewers warmly highlight the gentle techniques employed during pet evaluations. Multiple clients recount that Dr Benedek sits directly on the examination floor with companion animals so that anxious dogs and cats remain relaxed during health checks. Pet parents of newly adopted rescue animals value the thoughtful reassurance provided during initial wellness visits and routine puppy vaccinations.

Feedback regarding scheduling and waiting times is generally favourable but contains occasional friction. Clients value the ease of reserving urgent vaccination appointments online the evening prior to visiting. Conversely, a walk-in visitor experienced frustration when an appointment holder was admitted ahead of them in a crowded waiting room, prompting calls for clearer arrival protocols.
