pawenn summary of 10 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Pet owners consistently praise the salon for delivering high quality grooming cuts that leave dogs looking neat and smelling fresh. Multiple reviews mention nicely trimmed nails, ears, and coats, with special appreciation for decorative bandanas added after bath visits.
Clients highlight how patiently groomers work with large breeds and dogs carrying dense matting. Rather than shaving coats close to the skin, staff members carefully untangle stubborn knots to protect the pet's coat and keep animals calm and comfortable.
Reviewers repeatedly note the welcoming attitude and personal dedication shown by the owner and salon groomers. Customers appreciate that staff take adequate time with each pet, communicate clearly about coat conditions, and create a calm caring visit.
Clients note that groomer Martha works patiently through tangled coats, taking extra time to untangle knots rather than shaving pets completely down.
Owners frequently mention complimentary decorative bandanas and scarves placed on dogs as a sweet finishing touch following their baths and cuts.
Yes, owners of large rescue breeds such as Great Pyrenees report gentle and confident handling during baths, nail trims, and ear cleaning.
