Many pet owners praise Dr. Ali and veterinary technician Summer for being patient, respectful, and gentle with anxious pets. Clients who received urgent surgical care emphasize that the team treated them with genuine dignity. In contrast, several critical reviews mention contentious disputes regarding pharmacy prescriptions and difficulties reaching live staff.
Clients widely celebrate the clinic for offering major life-saving surgeries, tumor removals, and dental cleanings at a fraction of the cost charged by emergency hospitals. For many families, this pricing made essential surgery possible. However, some pet parents felt unexpected charges accumulated quickly for basic exams, travel certificates, or add-on medications.
Reviewers credit the surgical team with saving pets' lives through prompt interventions for conditions like pyometra, abdominal tumors, and fracture repairs. Clients report smooth recoveries with appropriate postoperative monitoring and medications. One reviewer, however, alleged an incorrect diagnosis and expressed frustration over delayed laboratory feedback.
Yes, reviewers report same-day emergency surgeries for pyometra, tumors, and fractures with overnight monitoring.
Multiple pet parents report saving thousands of dollars on urgent surgical procedures compared to other clinics.
Some reviewers report difficulty getting phone callbacks through the automated phone system, advising proactive follow-up.
