pawenn summary of 24 Google reviews from April – October 2026
An overwhelming majority of reviews praise the high professionalism of Dr. Baron, Dr. De La Bernardie, and assistant Fabien. Long-term clients highlight thorough, reassuring care maintained over many years. Only an isolated review mentions a brusque reception and a practitioner perceived as distant.
Owners particularly value the caregivers' patience with anxious or defensive cats during consultations. Thanks to gentle and respectful handling, even nervous animals are examined without excessive distress, providing immense relief to families used to tense veterinary visits.
Clear explanations of treatments and empathetic support during pet bereavement are warmly recognized by families. In contrast, one review complains of an answering machine announcing closure during scheduled open hours, and another notes an insurance form filing error that delayed reimbursement.
Yes, a click-and-collect service is available for veterinary prescription food and dietary supplements.
Yes, the team provides dignified, compassionate end-of-life care and handles individual cremation arrangements.
Yes, clients highlight transparent pricing with upfront explanations and clear cost estimates for major procedures.
