pawenn summary of 8 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Many clients describe Martina as a kind, knowledgeable, and patient groomer during pet styling appointments. However, negative reviews highlight friction regarding post-service communication or a perceived lack of accountability following a grooming incident.
Most pet owners highlight gentle handling that keeps even senior dogs relaxed throughout the bathing process. Conversely, one review reports a serious incident where a dog suffered a cut during clipping that required subsequent veterinary treatment and antibiotics.
Satisfied clients praise clean, delightfully scented coats and neatly executed scissor cuts that respect the dog's coat type. In sharp contrast, a negative review criticizes an excessively short shave that did not match what had been agreed prior to the session.
Yes, clients report patient handling tailored to the specific pace and physical comfort of older dogs.
Yes, the facility provides self-service wash boxes alongside professional assisted grooming.
Assisted grooming sessions require advance booking through direct contact with the salon.
