pawenn summary of 8 Google reviews from October 2025 – October 2026
Most reviewers over the past year describe the vets and clinic team in Mount Florida as friendly, understanding, and genuinely dedicated to animal welfare. However, one pet owner shared a strongly critical account alleging rude, unempathetic behaviour from veterinary and reception staff and dissatisfaction with how a formal complaint was handled.
Several dog and cat owners praise the practice for taking great care of their pets and putting their wellbeing first during visits. In contrast, one reviewer reported a deeply distressing experience involving a small pet, alleging that rough handling during the consultation caused severe fear and led to the animal passing away.
While cat owners mention straightforward routine neutering procedures, two dog owners expressed serious dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes. One reviewer felt repeated tablet prescriptions failed to resolve a persistent chest and cough issue, and another alleged that early symptoms of a fatal illness were overlooked by the practice.
