Turquoise Animal Hospital

Reviewers warmly commend Dr Brecht, Dr Reed, Dr G, and the client care team for their friendly approach and clear communication. Long-standing clients value the practice's local ownership and dedication to companion animal health. While one client reported an insensitive phone conversation and pressured interventions, the vast majority praise the staff's attentiveness.

Pet owners appreciate the tender handling provided to dogs, cats, and exotic companions, including sulcata tortoises. Reviewers with high-maintenance dogs highlight how clinical assistants soothe pets during nail trims, stitch removals, and wellness checks. Clients express trust leaving their animals in the hospital's capable hands.

Multiple clients report successful recoveries from routine check-ups, bee stings, and minor wound care, praising fast laboratory turnaround times for stool tests and rapid symptom relief. However, one owner expressed deep dissatisfaction with an exploratory surgical procedure and prolonged recovery for an itchy paw, cautioning about unexpected veterinary expenses.
