pawenn summary of 20 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Clients commend the superb styling of scissor cuts, coat softness, and the benefits of ozone bath treatments and ultrasonic teeth cleaning. Many pet parents note that their dogs look gorgeous, thoroughly clean, and pleasant-smelling after appointments. One dissenting review strongly complains about an unexpected full shave on a young companion.
Owner Veronica and her team receive widespread praise for their warmth, punctuality, and breed-specific expertise with both dogs and cats. Staff members readily explain proper at-home maintenance to preserve coat health. In contrast, the single critical review laments perceived haste when dealing with matted fur on a sensitive coat.
Client reviews emphasize that pets are never restrained in cages or tied up, allowing animals to move freely inside the salon before and after styling. Owners of elderly or anxious pets value the unhurried attention that prevents trauma or anxiety. Dogs and cats are returned to their families calm, relaxed, and visibly untroubled.
No, pet owners appreciate that the salon operates entirely cage-free without tethering animals.
Yes, clients highlight the use of ozonated water, top-quality shampoos, and ultrasonic teeth cleaning.
