Reviewers often describe the veterinary surgeons as gentle and supportive, especially during end-of-life visits where thoughtful keepsakes like paw prints are provided. However, several clients express annoyance with telephone or reception interactions, citing abrupt communication. Overall sentiment regarding the team remains varied.
Opinions on veterinary expenses are split among reviewers. While some clients find routine neutering, consultation fees, and small animal care reasonably priced, others complain about high charges for prescription flea treatments and end-of-life care. Pet owners recommend clarifying expected medicine and procedure costs in advance.
Multiple clients commend the veterinary staff for gentle care shown to dogs, cats, and guinea pigs during examinations and surgeries. In contrast, one highly critical review claimed that an ailing pet did not receive prompt palliative relief during its final hours. Most reviewers nonetheless report considerate treatment of their companion animals.
