pawenn summary of 15 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Most pet owners express deep satisfaction with veterinary surgeons like Víctor and Ciara, praising their kindness and professional expertise. However, recent reviews reflect mixed sentiment, as several clients feel the clinic has become more impersonal following corporate management changes and staff transitions.
Pet owners report positive treatment outcomes across preventative care, microchip scanning, and medication for anxious animals. While the vast majority of reviewers highlight effective medical care, an isolated negative review noted dissatisfaction with procedure administration during a routine vaccination.
Clients appreciate the attentive and caring approach demonstrated toward visiting animals. Reviewers highlight gentle physical examinations for young kittens, compassionate handling of rescued pets, and thoughtful care that helps anxious dogs feel comfortable and secure during their veterinary visits.
Yes, clients specifically mention that vet Víctor speaks Spanish, facilitating consultations for Spanish-speaking pet owners.
Reviews describe routine pet vaccinations, microchip scanning, kitten health checks, and anxiety management.
While medical care is praised, some long-term clients express nostalgia for the former independent practice atmosphere.
Out-of-hours emergencies are redirected by telephone to a dedicated partner emergency veterinary facility.
