Reviewers frequently praise the veterinary surgeons and clinical staff, mentioning Dr Jonathan, Dr Natascha, and nurse Catherine for their expertise and kindness. Clients appreciate the reassuring manner displayed during stressful emergencies and routine consultations. While a few pet owners felt interactions regarding policy enforcement lacked empathy, the broad consensus highlights capable and attentive clinicians.
Feedback regarding patient handling is largely favourable, with pet parents reporting gentle care for recovering cats and dogs undergoing surgery. However, several reviewers voice criticism regarding rigid corporate policies, such as mandatory six-month exams for repeat prescriptions that cause distress to nervous pets. Clients advise clarifying clinic protocols when registering anxious animals.
Clients value the practice's 24-hour emergency availability, noting that pets with acute trauma were promptly admitted on weekends and bank holidays. In contrast, critical reviews describe severe disappointment when clinic staff declined to examine a stray animal in distress brought by rescuers late at night. Pet owners appreciate fast triage during registered emergency appointments.
Yes, pet owners note that the hospital operates round-the-clock emergency services, admitting urgent cases on weekends and bank holidays.
