pawenn summary of 7 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Pet parents warmly praise trainers such as Lori and Coco for their patient, hands-on guidance during agility and obedience sessions. Reviewers appreciate that instructors coach owners on canine body language and communication. While two reviews note minor friction regarding appointment policies and group management, clients value the supportive instruction.
Many owners report great success building canine confidence through agility courses, calm-down classes, and puppy preschool exercises. Several handlers of reactive dogs note visible improvements in leash manners. However, one owner expressed frustration after their rescue pit bull mix was separated from activities due to barking and facility rules.
Several reviewers praise the indoor training gym for its cleanliness, welcoming environment, and lack of general entrance fees. Clients appreciate the climate-controlled facility for exercising energetic dogs. Conversely, one reviewer criticized the activity separation setup, and another felt private session cancellation rules lacked flexibility.
Reviewers mention puppy preschool, basic obedience, agility training, and specialized calm-down sessions.
Because training spaces and instructors are reserved in advance, missed appointments without notice are not eligible for credits or refunds.
Clients note that there is no general entrance fee, with pricing structured around specific packages and training classes.
