pawenn summary of 8 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Reviews show sharply contrasting experiences regarding haircut outcomes. Satisfied pet owners state their dogs looked clean, neat, and smelling fresh after routine grooming and baths. Conversely, multiple critical clients report rushed haircuts, uneven trimming, shaved tails that owners did not request, and cuts on skin, leading to dissatisfaction.
Animal handling draws severe criticism from several reviewers over recent visits. While some owners describe their dogs returning relaxed, multiple pet parents report discovering nicked skin, bleeding scabs on ears, and tender paws from nail trims. Several customers strongly advise other owners to inspect their pets carefully following grooming appointments.
Clients consistently agree that pricing at the salon is more affordable than many local grooming options. Reviewers appreciate modest charges for routine baths, haircuts, and complementary treatments like flea dips. However, some dissatisfied customers note that low prices do not compensate for the stress caused by uneven trims or pet injuries.
