pawenn summary of 20 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Clients consistently praise salon staff and individual stylists such as Javier, Esther, and Jennifer for their patience and warmth. Reviewers appreciate that the team willingly assists with lifting dogs into wash tubs and explains grooming routines clearly to first-time puppy owners and self-wash users.
Pet owners frequently highlight neat, even scissor work on cavapoos and doodles, noting that coats come home smelling fresh, thoroughly brushed, and cleanly washed. Although one owner reported an accidental grooming laceration, the vast majority of clients praise the salon styling and hygiene work.
Most reviewers emphasise that their dogs feel relaxed and happy during regular baths and nail trims, with staff greeting pets warmly by name. However, two critical accounts express deep concern over rough handling and injuries, including a comb snag on tangled fur and a persistent bleeding clipper cut.
Yes, clients can use waist-high self-wash tubs equipped with warm water, professional shampoos, and blow dryers, with staff on hand to assist.
Yes, reviewers note that same-day appointments can often be arranged when scheduling full grooming or basic wash services.
Clients mention regular ear cleaning, nail clipping, and teeth brushing alongside full wash and trim services.
Yes, staff guide young dogs through introductory grooming sessions with gentle acclimatisation and breed-specific styling advice.
