pawenn summary of 31 Google reviews from April – October 2026
The vast majority of reviewers praise the whole team — receptionists, nurses, and vets — as friendly, caring, and never rushing appointments. Several long-term clients mention coming from far away or staying loyal for decades. Nervous animals are consistently described as being handled gently and patiently, and owners feel listened to.
Multiple reviewers specifically bring anxious or difficult-to-handle animals — dogs prone to aggression, nervous cats, elderly pets — and report that staff manage them calmly and with evident affection. Home visits for end-of-life care are mentioned. Owners feel confident their pets are treated with respect and kindness at every stage.
Most owners are satisfied with treatment results — including complex cases and holistic approaches that avoided antibiotics. However, a few recent reviewers raise concerns: one describes a surgical error (retained ovary), another reports a significant drop in care quality since a change in ownership. These cases represent a minority but are worth noting.
Several reviewers mention seeing a holistic vet at the practice who offers integrative approaches alongside conventional medicine. This is noted positively, particularly for pets that have not responded well to standard treatments.
Multiple reviewers bring anxious or reactive pets and report that the team handles them with patience and skill, including a cat described as difficult and a dog that presents as aggressive when stressed.
At least one reviewer mentions a home visit for euthanasia of an elderly cat, describing it as peaceful and handled with great care.
