Pawenn acts strictly as an informational discovery directory and is not an agency, booking portal, or provider of veterinary or pet care services.

2. Directory Information & Disclaimer of Liability

Informational Nature of Listings

The directory displays business details (such as trade names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, operating hours, and indicative pricing) compiled from publicly accessible online records and submissions directly provided by local businesses.

No Guarantee of Continuous Accuracy

While we strive to keep all listings accurate and re-verify records periodically (every 90 days, as described on our How It Works page), we do not warrant or guarantee that all third-party details, pricing, or operating hours are at all times completely accurate, comprehensive, or up to date. Service providers may adjust prices or terms without notifying us. We strongly encourage pet owners to verify specific pricing, availability, and emergency services directly with the service provider prior to scheduling appointments.

Independent Third-Party Providers

Listed businesses are independent commercial entities. Pawenn:

• Does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or medical competence of any listed service provider.
• Is not a party to any contract, booking, appointment, or agreement established between you and any listed business.
• Shall not be liable for any dispute, injury, financial loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from services rendered by third-party providers found through the directory.

Correction and Removal Mechanism

If you identify inaccurate information, or if you are a business owner wishing to correct details or remove your listing entirely, you may do so at any time using our on-page suggestion form or by contacting us at {EMAIL}.

3. Transparency and Listing Order

Pawenn operates on principles of openness and transparency:

• Default Organic Order: Search and category listings are presented using a fair rotation model with equal discovery opportunities, ensuring all eligible local businesses receive fair visibility.
• Future Sponsored Listings ("Partner"): In our initial release (MVP), sponsored listings are not active. If paid placement options ("Partner") are introduced in subsequent phases, they will always be clearly, distinctly, and conspicuously labeled, and will never be mixed into organic results without clear disclosure. 4. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree to use Pawenn solely for lawful, personal pet service discovery in good faith. You agree not to:

1. Abuse Submission Forms: Submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading information through our "Suggest an edit" or feedback forms.
2. Disrupt Operations: Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise platform security, or introduce malicious scripts, viruses, or harmful code.
3. Automated Scraping: Employ automated scrapers, data-mining tools, bots, or extraction scripts in a manner that overburdens server capacity or systematically harvests database contents without our prior written consent.
4. Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity or falsely claim affiliation with a listed business or pet organization.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the platform for any user violating these standards.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Content

All editorial texts, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, database structures, and software code on Pawenn are the intellectual property of the Operator (or licensed to it) and are protected by applicable copyright and database rights under Slovak and European law.

Business Trade Names and Marks

Logos, trade names, and trademarks of third-party businesses displayed on the platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. They are referenced strictly for nominative identification and informational discovery purposes under fair use.

6. Privacy & Cookies

Your privacy is paramount. Pawenn is built without user account requirements, without tracking cookies, and without personal profiling.
