pawenn summary of 7 Google reviews from April – October 2026
Clients speak warmly of Dr. Tyson and Dr. Daysen for their exceptional technical expertise and sincere dedication to non-traditional pets. While one reviewer wished the team listened more closely regarding antibiotic selection, the staff is widely regarded as compassionate and caring.
Reviewers emphasize the hospital's rare capability in handling Amazon parrots, turtles, rabbits, and other fragile exotic species. Pet parents appreciate that veterinarians understand unique anatomical requirements and deliver gentle, tailored medical attention.
Pet owners report successful outcomes for avian cardiac events and turtle wellness management under specialized treatment protocols. Conversely, one client experienced persistent respiratory symptoms and felt repeated visits were ineffective before switching therapies.
The clinic specializes exclusively in exotic species, including birds, parrots, turtles, reptiles, rabbits, and small mammals.
Clients note the team is receptive to urgent phone calls and accommodated time-sensitive cardiac emergencies without delay.
Specialized exotic diagnostics and recurring medication regimens can run several hundred dollars per appointment.
